This superb 17th Century map of the Island of Madagascar, known as “The Pirate Island” is backed up with a facsimile of a death warrant passed on pirates captured off the Coast of Africa in 1722, which ends with the words
“to be hanged by the neck till ye are Dead, Dead, Dead”
The whole document can be rolled up with a ribbon and seal supplied. It is also designed so that either side can be mounted and framed.
